摘　　要：从资料审查、安全管理检查、安全布置检验、检验重点几方面对煤气发生炉系统检验进行论述,同时结合煤气发生炉系统检验问题及缺陷,总结出煤气发生炉系统的检验方法。并从水处理系统、化学清洗方法、缺陷处理要求以及作业人员的要求等方面得出煤气发生炉系统安全运行评价模式。通过对煤气发生炉系统的检验方法和缺陷模式评价研究,不仅能指导检验人员规范化检验,还能最大程度地发现煤气发生炉系统的检验缺陷,保证煤气发生炉系统使用安全。The inspection of gas producer system was discussed from the aspects of data review,safety management inspection,safety layout inspection and inspection key points.At the same time,combined with the inspection problems and defects of gas producer system,the inspection methods of gas producer system were summarized.The safe operation evaluation mode of gas generator system was obtained from the aspects of water treatment system,chemical cleaning method,defect treatment requirements and operators'requirements.Through the research on the inspection method and defect mode evaluation of the gas generator system,it can not only guide the inspectors to standardize the inspection,but also find the inspection defects of the gas generator system to the greatest extent and ensure the safe use of the gas generator system.
