乡村振兴背景下新型农村金融机构实践路径探析

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,人民对美好生活的向往和发展不平衡不充分成为社会的主要矛盾,其中城乡发展不平衡尤为严重。为了解决这一不平衡,党中央制定了乡村振兴战略。实施乡村振兴战略,需要切实发挥农村金融的引领作用。广袤农村是新型农村金融机构的主战场,服务乡村振兴成为新型农村金融机构义不容辞的责任。新型农村金融机构要把握住乡村振兴的历史契机,坚守市场定位、加强同业合作、创新金融产品与服务、加强风险防范,助力乡村振兴战略的实现。As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,people’s aspiration for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development have become the main contradictions of society,among which the unbalanced development between urban and rural areas is particularly serious.To resolve this imbalance,the Party Central Committee has formulated rural revitalization strategy.It is necessary to give full play to the leading role of rural finance if rural revitalization strategy is implemented.The vast rural areas are the main battlefield of new rural financial institutions.Serving rural revitalization is the bounden responsibility of new rural financial institutions.Therefore,new rural financial institutions should grasp the historical opportunity of rural revitalization,adhere to market positioning,strengthen inter-industry cooperation,innovate financial products and services,and strengthen risk prevention,so as to help the realization of rural revitalization strategy.
