摘　　要：目的探索公立医院后勤物资网上采购模式实践与成效。方法获取某三级甲等医院近年来常规采购和网上采购2种模式下的不同物资类别的金额占比,并对这2种采购模式下的物资金额进行统计学分析。结果2017年-2020年后勤物资网上采购金额占比逐年增长,不同账簿类型物资网上采购金额均低于常规采购,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拓展后勤物资网上采购项目,推行“零库存”管理模式,对医院建设与发展具有重要意义。Objective To explore the practice and efficacy of the online purchasing model of logistic materials in public hospitals.Methods The data of proportion of amount of money for different material categories under two modes of conventional purchasing and online purchasing in recent years in a class A tertiary hospital were obtained,and were statistically analyzed.Results The ratio of online procurement of logistic materials increased year by year between 2017 and 2020,and the online procurement of materials for different account book types was lower than that of conventional procurement,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Expanding the online purchasing items of logistic materials and promoting"zero inventory"management is of great significance in hospital construction and development.
