摘  要:改性双醛基纳米纤维素与羧甲基壳聚糖结合,通过二者之间的席夫碱反应形成动态亚胺键,从而制备纳米纤维素自愈合水凝胶。实验过程中主要通过调节壳聚糖溶液的浓度和壳聚糖中氨基与改性的双醛纳米纤维素中醛基的浓度比来调节水凝胶的机械强度和自愈合效率,并采用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、万能试验机及热重分析仪(TG)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)对自愈合水凝胶的形貌、结构、抗压性能、热稳定性以及自愈合性能等理化性质进行分析表征。结果表明:该水凝胶具有良好的抗压性能、热稳定性和自愈合性能,且其制备过程绿色环保,产品性能优良,用途广泛,是制备自愈合水凝胶的较好方式之一。In this paper,the preparation of nanocellulose self-healing hydrogels was studied by forming dynamic imine bonds through the Schiff base reaction between the modified double aldehyde-based nanocellulose and carboxymethyl chitosan.The mechanical strength and self-healing efficiency of the hydrogel were regulated by the concentration of the chitosan solution and the concentration ratio of the amino group in the chitosan to the aldehyde group in the modified dialdehyde nanocellulose.The field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffractometry(XRD),universal testing machine and thermogravimetric analyzer(TG)were used to analyze the properties of the self-healing hydrogels,such as morphology,structure,mechanical properties,thermal stability and self-healing properties.The results showed that the hydrogel had good compressive performance,thermal stability and self-healing properties,meanwhile,the processing was green and environmentally friendly,which provides an alternative for the preparation of self-healing hydrogel.
