省域副中心城市背景下曲靖建设先进制造基地的策略

摘　　要：先进制造基地是一个地区先进制造业发展的重要载体。曲靖市工业实现了跨越式发展,制造业已形成体系,但制造业重化工型、中低端型、小而散型、内源型“四型”特征依然明显。曲靖建设先进制造基地,要围绕“高端化、绿色化、智能化”,按照“4+3+8”的思路,实施“五大提升”,突出规划引领、明确产业定位、提升载体能级、推进创新提升和深化开放合作,构建结构更优、质量更高、效益更好的先进制造业体系,打造成云南省先进制造基地。Advanced manufacturing base is an important carrier for the development of advanced manufacturing industry in a region.Qujing's industry has achieved great leap forward development and the manufacturing industry has formed a system,but the"four types"of manufacturing industry are still obvious:heavy chemical industry,low and middle end type,small and scattered type and endogenous type.To build an advanced manufacturing base in Qujing,we should focus on"high-end,green and intelligent"and follow the idea of"4+3+8",implement the five improvements,highlight planning guidance,clarify industrial positioning,improve carrier energy level,promote innovation and deepen opening-up cooperation,build an advanced manufacturing system with better structure,higher quality and better benefits to build an advanced manufacturing base in Yunnan Province.
