摘 要:为了探究水泥道面板边角破损的机理,结合某机场滑行道的运行状况,使用有限元软件针对飞机运行过程中一个主起落架同时作用在两块道面板时水泥混凝土板块的受力进行模拟分析.研究发现:当主起落架按第1荷载工况作用于道面时,板边和板角的应力最大;随着机轮的向前滑行,最大主应力和等效压应力沿纵向接缝对称分布,表明接缝两侧部位产生挤压现象;当机轮经过另一端横向接缝滑向下一对板块,虽然机轮只用部分作用在道面上,但另一端接缝部位的疲劳安全系数最低.整体模型在这种机轮荷载作用下容易产生边角的破坏.To explore the damage mechanism of the concrete pavement slab corners and in combination with the operation condition of an airport taxiway,this paper employed finite element software to simulate and analyze the stress of the cement concrete pavement when one main landing gear acted on two track panels at the same time during aircraft operation.The results show that the stress of the flange and angle of the main wheel area was the greatest when the main landing gear just entered the road surface completely.With the forward sliding of the wheel,the maximum principal stress and equivalent compressive stress were distributed symmetrically along the longitudinal joint,which indicates that extrusion occurred on both sides of the joint.When the wheel passes through the transverse joint at the other end and slides down a pair of plates,although the wheel only partially acts on the road surface,the fatigue safety factor of the joint at the other end is the lowest.The overall model is prone to damage to the corners under this kind of wheel load.
