高弹蓄盐沥青混合料组成设计及性能评价

摘　　要：针对现有的融冰除冰技术存在效率低、污染环境等缺陷,根据弹性路面材料在行车荷载下产生自应力和融雪剂盐分析出降低冰点等原理,将橡胶颗粒和蓄盐填料以等体积代替方法代替混合料中部分集料和矿粉开发了高弹蓄盐沥青混合料,并进行了混合料表面融冰试验和轮碾破冰试验及融冰除冰能力的评价.结果表明,2%橡胶颗粒、40%蓄盐填料掺量下混合料路用性能最佳;高弹蓄盐沥青混合料的表面冰层脱落时间较常规混合料减少50%、轮碾破冰试验中表面冰层破碎率达77%,而仅添加蓄盐填料或橡胶颗粒的混合料破碎率仅为51%、49%.表明设计的高弹蓄盐沥青混合料可保证良好的路用性能,且具有良好的融冰除冰能力,为冬季路面融冰除冰提供一种新方案.Icing on the road surface brings serious safety problems to the traveling public.However,the existing ice melting and deicing technology has defects such as low efficiency and environmental pollution.According to the principles of self-stress generated by elastic pavement materials under driving load and snow melting agent salt analysis to reduce freezing point,the rubber particles and salt storage fillers are replaced by equal volume instead of part of the aggregate and mineral powder in the mixture.High elastic salt storage has been developed.The surface ice melting test and wheel rolling ice breaking test were carried out to evaluate the ice melting and deicing ability.The results show that the road performance of the mixture is the best with the content of 2%rubber particles and 40%salt storage filler;the surface ice shedding time of the high-elastic salt storage asphalt mixture is 50%less than that of the conventional mixture.In the wheel rolling ice breaking test,the crushing rate of the surface ice layer is 77%,while the crushing rate of the mixture with only salt storage filler or rubber particles is only 51%and 49%.It shows that the designed high-elastic salt storage asphalt mixture can ensure good road performance and has good ice melting and deicing ability,providing a new solution for winter road ice melting and deicing.
