东莞市交通方式结构合理发展模式及策略研究

摘  要:首先回顾了东莞市交通方式结构的发展历程,分析了当前交通方式结构调整面临的问题和挑战.然后,基于东莞市宏观交通模型设置多情景测试2035年交通方式结构,提出了东莞市交通方式结构合理发展模式,并指出2035年前东莞市一直处于私人交通绝对主导阶段.最后,提出东莞市方式结构优化建议:重视高品质公共交通(尤其轨道交通)的投入;鼓励步行、自行车出行;不断推进道路交通优化,挖掘路网潜能;调控小汽车的拥有和使用.Reasonable evaluation of the city s future transportation mode directly affects the allocation of urban transportation resources.First,this paper reviews the development process of Dongguan s transportation mode structure,and analyzes the problems and challenges facing the current transportation mode structure adjustment.Then,based on the macro transportation model of Dongguan City,a multi-scenario test of the traffic mode structure in 2035 was set up,and a reasonable development model of the traffic mode structure in Dongguan was proposed,and it was pointed out that Dongguan has been in an absolute dominant stage of private transportation until 2035.Finally,suggestions are put forward for optimizing the structure of the traffic modes:strengthen the supply of high quality public transport(especially rail transit);encourage walking and bicycle trip;promote road traffic optimization;regulate the ownership and use of cars.
