摘　　要：目的:利用MRI动脉自旋标记技术(ASL)检测经筋疗法对健康人脑部血流灌注的影响,为探讨中医经筋疗法改善脑血流量(CBF)提供影像学依据。方法:选择18例在校大学生健康志愿者作为受试者(男8例,女10例),分别参与头针、松筋、头针+松筋3种试验,针刺百会与四神聪穴,各间隔1 d。3种试验前后均行MRI检查,包括全脑常规MRI平扫及ASL扫描。ASL扫描结果获取CBF图像,测量ROI的CBF值,并进行统计分析。结果:与试验前相比,头针、松筋、头针+松筋试验CBF值升高的脑区数目分别为1、15及10个脑区,均包含右侧扣带回。结论:经筋疗法可增加CBF,松筋组效果最佳,相关脑区与认知、记忆等功能有重要关系,这些脑区可能是经筋疗法“醒神益智”作用的主要靶点,对预防老年认知能力降低等可能具有潜在的价值。Objective:To explore the effect of Channel Tendon Therapy in improving cerebral blood flow(CBF)by using arterial spin labeling(ASL).Methods:Eighteen healthy college students(8 males and 10 females)were selected as volunteers.They were divided into three groups and treated by scalp acupuncture,loose tendon and scalp acupuncture combined with loose tendon every other day.Each group underwent MRI examination before and after treatment,including whole brain conventional MRI and ASL.CBF images were obtained by ASL,and CBF values of ROI were measured and statistically analyzed.Results:Compared with the results before treatment,the number of the brain regions with higher CBF values respectively were 1,15 and 10 in the scalp acupuncture group,loose tendon group and mixed group,and all the regions included the right cingulate gyrus.Conclusions:Channel Tendon Therapy can increase cerebral blood flow in some regions of brain with most effective in the loose tendon group.The regions which have important relationship with cognition and memory may be the main target of the Channel Tendon Therapy.It had potential value in preventing the decline of cognitive ability in the elderly.
