摘  要:为使液滴内部不易观测到的流体流动和粒子沉积行为更直观地表现出来,采用分子动力学方法研究液滴的蒸发与沉积特性。先建立液滴干燥模型,然后通过Comsol仿真软件对液滴干燥过程进行仿真模拟,精确模拟了液滴的蒸发与沉积过程,并分别分析初始粒子浓度和溶液种类两种影响因素,发现随着初始粒子浓度的提升,粒子沉积越来越不均匀。液滴体积、液滴温度、流场分布以及基板温度不同,粒子沉积也会存在差异性。研究结果可为喷墨打印制备有机电致发光器件提供模型参考。In order to make the fluid flow and particle deposition behavior,which are not easy to observe inside the droplets,more intuitive performance is made,the evaporation and deposition characteristics of the droplets are studied by molecular dynamics.First of all,the droplet drying model is established,and then the droplet drying process is simulated by Comsol simulation software,the evaporation and deposition process of droplets is accurately simulated,the initial particle concentration and solution type are analyzed,and the particle deposition is more and more uneven with the increase of the initial particle concentration,the droplet volume,droplet temperature,flow field distribution and substrate temperature are different.The results provide a model reference for inkjet printing to prepare electromechanical luminescent devices.
