摘 要:利用CAK5085si数控车床和Kistler 9255C压电式测力仪搭建车削试验平台,研究切削速度、进给量和背吃刀量对切削力的影响规律。研究表明:F_(z)占起主导作用,F_(x)和F_(y)起次要作用;当进给量和背吃刀量一定时,随着切削速度的增加,切削力降低;当切削速度和背吃刀量一定时,随着进给量的增加,切削力逐渐增加;当切削速度和进给量一定时,随着背吃刀量增加,切削力增加;背吃刀量增加到2 mm时,切削力降低。Using CAK5085si CNC lathe and Kistler 9255C piezoelectric dynamometer to build a turning test platform,the effect of cutting speed,feed rate and backing tool amount on cutting force was studied.Studies have shown that F_(z) plays a dominant role,and F_(x) and F_(y) play a secondary role.When the feed rate and the amount of back-engagement are constant,as the cutting speed increases,the cutting force decreases;when the cutting speed and the amount of back-engagement are constant,the cutting force decreases.With the increase of the feed rate,the cutting force gradually increases;when the cutting speed and feed rate are constant,the cutting force increases with the increase in the amount of back-grabbing.When the amount of back-grabbing increases to 2 mm,the cutting force decreases.
