摘　　要：SD5型切丝机是用于切梗的机器。因为梗线的来料水分较大,切梗机铜排链、刀门系统及磨刀机构容易堆积烟垢,所以须定期拆解铜排链进行清洗,同时还需要维修保养刀门系统与磨刀器。在维修时存在安全隐患,且劳动强度大、维修效率低。因此,研制了适用于SD5型切梗机的维修工装,大大减少了维修人员的工作量和劳动强度,消除了作业中的安全隐患,提高了设备有效作业率,同时还延长了备件的更换周期,节约了备件费用。SD5 wire cutter is a machine for cutting stems.Because the incoming moisture of the stem line is large,the copper bar chain,knife door system and knife sharpening mechanism of the stem cutter are easy to accumulate smoke and dirt,so the copper bar chain must be disassembled regularly for cleaning,and the knife door system and knife sharpener also need to be repaired and maintained.During maintenance,there are potential safety hazards,high labor intensity and low maintenance efficiency.Therefore,the maintenance Tooling suitable for SD5 stem cutting machine is developed,which greatly reduces the workload and labor intensity of maintenance personnel,eliminates potential safety hazards in operation,improves the effective operation rate of equipment,prolongs the replacement cycle of spare parts and saves the cost of spare parts.
