摘  要:为了实现小型泵站的安全运行和科学管理,设计了基于物联网的智能泵站运行监控系统。首先,完成了可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)、模拟量输入模块、物联网云盒子和传感器等关键部件的选型和电路设计;其次,利用PLC和物联网云盒子完成了系统软件设计;再次,该系统能够通过电脑或手机远程发送控制指令,从云平台传输给物联网云盒子,再传给PLC,从而控制泵站的启停;最后,凭借物联网云盒子的远程通信功能,能够将PLC采集到的泵站运行数据无线上传到云平台,再通过电脑Web端或手机微信小程序等即可实时读取数据。In order to realize the safe operation and scientific management of small pump stations,an intelligent pump station operation monitoring system based on the Internet of Things is designed in this paper.Firstly,the selection and circuit design of key components such as Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),analog input module,IOT cloud box and sensor are completed.Furthermore,PLC and IOT cloud box are used to complete the system software design.Finally,the system can remotely send control instructions through the computer or mobile phone,from the cloud platform to the IOT Cloud box,and then to the PLC,so as to control the start and stop of the pump station.At the same time,by virtue of the remote communication function of the IOT cloud box,the operation data of the pump station collected by PLC is wirelessly uploaded to the cloud platform,and then the data is read in real time through the WEB end of the computer or WeChat small program of the mobile phone.
