摘　　要：针对C5225型双柱立式车床不能加工大型工件的问题,提出了更换左右立柱的改造方案,改造后的车床满足了塔式起重机制作项目中4 m大直径零部件的加工需求,解决了批量生产中设备不具备加工能力与加工成本高的难题。In view of the problem that C5225 double column vertical lathe does not have the ability to process large work pieces,the transformation scheme of replacing the left and right columns is put forward.The transformed lathe meets the processing requirements of 4 m large-diameter parts in the production project of tower crane,and solves the problems of lack of processing capacity and high processing cost in mass production.
