摘　　要：游标卡尺是使用广泛的通用量具之一。由于机械加工、机械维修、测量等领域使用频繁,加之人员素质参差不齐,使用过程中未重视对游标卡尺的保养,易使相对精密的游标卡尺出现不同程度的磨损甚至是损坏,从而影响测量结果,导致测量过程出现偏差。为了保证出现故障的游标卡尺的测量性能,分析常见的卡尺误差产生的原因,提出有针对性的调修方法,以及时有效地解决相关问题。The vernier caliper is one of the widely used universal measuring tools.Due to the frequent use of industry,mechanical processing,mechanical maintenance,measurement and other fields,as well as the uneven quality of the users who will neglect of the maintenance of the vernier caliper.So it is easy to cause the relatively precise vernier caliper to wear or even damage in varying degrees,thus affecting the measurement results and leading to measurement Deviation occurred in the process.In order to ensure the measurement performance of the faulty vernier caliper,we analyze the causes of common caliper errors and propose the following targeted adjustment and repair methods to solve relevant problems in time and effectively.
