中部地区科技创新能力发展比较与优化路径研究

摘　　要：地区经济的发展关键是区域的创新创造力,其本质是地区人才驱动。本文通过对中部六省的科技成果水平、科技创新条件、人才队伍发展三个方面的特征比较,揭示了中部地区科技创新能力的差距,从经费投入、平台建设、人才机制体制与环境等方面提出中部地区科技创新能力提升的路径。The key to the development of regional economy is the innovation and creativity,which is driven by regional talents in essence.By comparing the characteristics of the level of scientific and technological achievements,scientific and conditions for technological innovation and the development of talent team in the six provinces of Central China,this paper illuminates the gap of scientific and technological innovation ability in these provinces,and puts forward the path to improve the scientific and technological innovation ability from the aspects of fund investment,platform construction,talent mechanism system and the environment.
