摘  要:研究糖厂绕线式异步电机的起动特性,从绕线式异步电动机转速、起动转矩等几个方面进行研究,依据绕线式异步电动机转子在断条故障下起动时的电学力学特征量,得出糖厂绕线式异步电动机起动电流、转矩、转速信号为非平稳信号,通过对电动机定子电流信号进行处理,绘出特征频谱,判断绕线式异步电动机是否存在断条故障。The starting characteristics of wound-rotor asynchronous motors in sugar factories were studied from the aspects of rotating speed and starting torque,according to the electro-mechanical characteristic quantity of wound-rotor asynchronous motor when starting under broken-bar fault.It was concluded that the starting current,torque and rotational speed signals of wound-rotor asynchronous motor in sugar factory were non-stationary signals,the stator current signals were processed,and the characteristic frequency spectrum was drawn,which could judge whether the wound-rotor asynchronous motor had broken bars.
