摘  要:刻板定义的软件工程化过程拖慢了软件的研发速度,项目难以操作,逆向工程难以避免,这既违背GJB5000A实施的初衷,又增加了不必要的工作量,使各单位在推广实施软件工程化的路上阻碍重重。软件质量管理中质量策划的关键是明确软件过程,本地化的软件工程化体系,尤其是适宜的软件生命周期模型,它是有效进行软件研发过程质量管理的重要基础。该文通过分析项目组软件工程化实施存在的问题,结合军用软件研发过程实际,在满足内外部要求的基础上,汲取常见软件生命周期模型优点,紧密结合型号项目研制过程,定义了符合实际、易执行的软件生命周期模型,并在此基础上明确软件过程质量管理要点。The rigidly defined software engineering process slows down the speed of software development,projects are difficult to operate,and reverse engineering is unavoidable.This not only violates the original intention of GJB5000 implementation,but also increases unnecessary workload,so the road of promoting and implementing of software engineering is full of obstacles.The key to quality planning in software quality mana gement is to clarify the software development process.A localized software engineering system,especially a suitable software life cycle model,is an important foundation for effective software development process quality management.This paper analyzes the problems in the implementation of software engineering in our company,combines the actual military software development process,and on the basis of meeting internal and external requirements,leverage the advantages of common software life cycle models,and closely integrates the model project development process to define a realistic and easy-implemented model of the software life cycle,and clarify the key points of software process quality management on this basis.
