摘 要:目的了解吉林省长春市、通化市和四平市家蝇对4种杀虫剂的抗药性状况。方法采用微量点滴法进行抗性测定,并计算其半数致死剂量(LD50)。结果溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、毒死蜱和敌敌畏对长春市、通化市和四平市家蝇的LD50分别为0.008 6~0.230 3、0.017 7~0.139 2、0.015 7~0.337 4和0.021 0~0.339 2μg/♀,与文献报道的敏感品系家蝇比较,3个城市的家蝇对4个杀虫剂的抗性倍数分别为2.69~71.97、3.11~24.42、0.52~11.25和0.11~1.81。结论长春市和四平市的家蝇已对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和毒死蜱产生了不同程度的抗性,应科学合理地使用杀虫剂,控制家蝇抗性的继续增长。Objective To learn the resistance of Musca domestica to four insecticides from Changchun, Tonghua and Siping in Jilin Province.Methods The topical application method was used for resistance test, and the median lethal doses( LD;s) were calculated.Results The LD;values of deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, chlorpyrifos and DDVP were 0.008 6-0.230 3,0.017 7-0.139 2,0.015 7-0.3374 and 0.021 0-0.339 2 μg/♀ respectively to Musca domestica populations of Changchun, Tonghua and Siping.Compared with the susceptible strain reported in literature, Musca domestica populations developed 2.69-71.97,3.11-24.42,0.52-11.25 and 0.11-1.81 folds to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, chlorpyrifos and DDVP.Conclusion M.domestica in Changchun, Tonghua and Siping evolved some resistance to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin and chlorpyrifos.It is necessary to apply insecticides scientifically to effectively control the resistance development of M.domestica to insecticide.
