摘 要:目的了解龙岩市鼠疫宿主动物和传播媒介的种群构成、密度和季节消长规律,为防控工作提供科学依据。方法对2010-2018年全市监测资料进行统计分析。结果捕获5 103只鼠形动物,属2目2科4属11种,褐家鼠和黄毛鼠分别为家栖鼠和野栖鼠的优势种群,家栖鼠和野栖鼠的密度分别为4.90%和2.37%;检蚤5 083只鼠形动物,印鼠客蚤占总染蚤率和蚤指数分别为22.11%和0.51;检测鼠血清5 064份,肝脾数3 048份,均为阴性。结论龙岩市未发现鼠间鼠疫流行迹象,应继续加强监测。Objective To understand the population composition density and seasonal fluctuations of plague host animals and vectors in Longyan City, so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control.Methods The monitoring data of plague host animals and vectors in Longyan City from 2010 to 2018 were analyzed with statistical method.Results There were 5 103 rodents captured, belonging to 2 orders, 2 families, 4 genera and 11 species.Rattus norvegicus was the dominant in commensal rodents accounting for 4.90%,while Rattus flavipectus was the dominant in wild rodents accounting for 2.37%.Fleas were detected in 5 083 rodents, and the percentage of Xenopsylla cheopis in total flea rate and the flea index were 22.11% and 0.51 respectively.No positive samples were found in 5 064 serum samples and 3 048 liver and spleen samples.Conclusion Little indication of plague epidemic among rats was found, and surveillance should be strengthened.
