摘　　要：目的了解3.9%四氟苯菊酯杀蚊气雾剂的长效杀蚊效果。方法参照国标GB/T 13917.6-2009及GB/T 13917.10-2009检测方法。结果实验室药效显示,按压3.9%四氟苯菊酯杀蚊气雾剂产品阀门1次施药后,0~20 min和11.67~12 h对淡色库蚊的KT50分别为0.11和0.52 min, 24 h死亡率均为100%。模拟现场药效显示,按压产品阀门1次施药后,0~1 h时间段对淡色库蚊的1 h击倒率和24 h死亡率均为100%;11~12 h时间段对淡色库蚊的1 h击倒率和24 h死亡率均为98.86%。结论 3.9%四氟苯菊酯杀蚊气雾剂有持续杀蚊效果,这类浓缩定量杀蚊气雾剂具有良好的应用前景。Objective To test the persistent control effect of 3.9% transfluthrin aerosol on mosquitoes.Methods The tests were carried out according to national standards, GB/T 13917.6-2009 and GB/T 13917.10-2009.Results On laboratory efficacy test, the KT;s of 3.9% transfluthrin aerosol on Culex pipiens pallens were 0.11 and 0.52 min, and the 24 h mortality of Cx.pipiens pallens both 100% respectively in 0-20 min and 11.67~12 h after pressing the product valve once.On efficacy test of analogous site, 1 h knockdown rate and 24 h mortality of Cx.pipiens pallens were both 100% in 0-1 h after pressing the product valve once, and the 1 h knockdown rate and 24 h mortality were both 98.86% in 11-12 h period.Conclusion 3.9% transfluthrin aerosol displayed good persistent mosquito control effect.This kind of concentrated quantitative mosquito-control aerosol would have a good prospect.
