摘 要:目的评估溴氰虫酰胺和氯虫苯甲酰胺对黑胸散白蚁的室内毒杀效果。方法测定5种不同浓度的溴氰虫酰胺和氯虫苯甲酰胺对黑胸散白蚁的室内毒力,再选用30μg/ml溴氰虫酰胺开展白蚁驱避实验。结果 5μg/ml溴氰虫酰胺处理72 h后黑胸散白蚁的死亡率达100%,显著高于5μg/ml氯虫苯甲酰胺的白蚁死亡率。30μg/ml溴氰虫酰胺对黑胸散白蚁无驱避作用。结论溴氰虫酰胺具有发展为白蚁防治药剂的前景。Objective To estimate the indoor efficacy of two insecticides, cyantraniliprole and chlorantraniliprole, against Reticulitermes chinensis.Methods The five concentrations of two insecticides were selected to evaluate their toxicity against R.chinensis,and then 30 μg/ml cyantraniliprole was screened to determine its repellency against R.chinensis in the laboratory.Results 5 μg/ml cyantraniliprole resulted in 100% mortality of R.chinensis 72 hours after the treatment, significantly higher than the 5 μg/ml chlorantraniliprole.The 30 μg/ml cyantraniliprole showed no repellent effect on R.chinensis.Conclusion The cyantraniliprole can be used in termite control.
