摘  要:针对煤矿矸石堆积污染环境、占用农田以及煤矿开采导致地表沉降的问题,设计了以矸石作为充填材料的绿色充填系统。矸石通过运输系统从井下的掘进工作面运输到地面的矸石仓及破碎筛分站,在破碎筛分站对矸石进行破碎及筛分处理,将破碎筛分后的矸石物料通过投料井垂直投放到井下储料仓,再通过井下运输巷道将矸石输送至采空区进行充填。详细分析了进料口尺寸、动颚行程、转子尺寸及转速、啮角、偏心轮转速、生产能力等重要破碎参数以及矸石投放速度、投放管管径、冲击力等关键充填参数,可为今后类似矸石充填案例提供参考。Aiming at the problems of environmental pollution and farmland occupation caused by gangue accumulation in coal mine,and surface settlement caused by coal mining,a green filling system with gangue as filling material is designed.The gangue is transported from the underground excavation face to the gangue bin and crushing and screening station on the ground through the transportation system.The crushed and screened gangue materials are put into the underground storage bin through the vertical feeding shaft,and finally the gangue is transported to the goaf through the underground transportation roadway for filling.The main crushing parameters such as feed port size,moving jaw stroke,rotor size and speed,meshing angle,eccentric speed and production capacity,as well as the key filling parameters such as gangue feeding speed,feeding pipe diameter and impact force are analyzed in detail,which can provide reference for similar gangue filling cases in future.
