摘 要:介绍了空气反循环连续取样钻探技术国内发展现状以及国内该项技术的发展背景,阐述了空气反循环连续取样钻探技术作为一种新的取样钻探方法具有钻进效率高、成孔质量好、工艺方法简单、施工成本低、能够解决复杂地层钻进困难等特点。进一步介绍了空气反循环连续取样钻探技术的取样原理、技术方法、应用范围,同时给出了该取样方法常用的钻具配套情况。通过该项技术在不同地点生产应用实例说明了该项取样钻探技术施工效率、岩屑采取率、施工地层情况以及解决复杂地层钻进困难情况。提出了该技术在未来推广应用过程中需要解决的技术问题,以及该项技术未来新的应用范围。This paper introduces the domestic development background and development status of air reverse circulation continuous sampling drilling technology.As a new sampling drilling method,air reverse circulation continuous sampling drilling technology has the characteristics of high drilling efficiency,good borehole forming quality,simple process method,and low construction cost,and can solve the difficulties of drilling in complex strata.Based on the sampling principle,technical method and application scope of air reverse circulation continuous sampling drilling technology,the common drilling tools matching of this sampling method are given.Through the application examples of this technology in different places,this paper explains the construction efficiency,rock cuttings recovery rate,construction formation and drilling in complex strata of this sampling drilling technology,and puts forward the technical problems to be solved in the process of popularization and application of this technology in the future,as well as the application scope.
