摘 要:本试验选用初生日龄接近的湖羊和肉杂羊(杜湖、澳湖、萨湖)各60只,按断奶时间随机分为30 d、45 d和60 d断奶组,每组10只(公母各半)。分别在60日龄、80日龄、100日龄、120日龄测定羔羊体重,并计算平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比;从上述不同断奶组中选择公羔各5只,集中育肥30 d屠宰,测定宰前重、胴体重、屠宰率、眼肌面积、CR值、背膘。结果表明羔羊品种和断奶日龄间交互作用显著影响羔羊宰前活重和背膘(P<0.05)。肉杂羊61~80 d、81~100 d、0~120 d平均日增重均显著高于湖羊(P<0.05),且其宰前重、胴体重、屠宰率和眼肌面积均显著高于湖羊(P<0.05)。30 d断奶组在101-120 d、0~120 d时日均增重显著低于45 d断奶组和60 d断奶组(P<0.05)。由此可见,杂交羔羊生长性能优于湖羊,建议生产中45 d断奶时可行的。In this experiment,60 Hu sheep and 60 crossbred sheep(Duhu,Aohu and Sahu)with similar birth age were randomly divided into 30d,45d and 60d weaning groups according to weaning time,with 10 sheep in each group(half male and half female).The body weight of lambs at 60 days of age,80 days of age,100 days of age and 120 days of age were measured,and the average daily feed intake,average daily gain and feed/gain were calculated.Five male lambs were selected from the above weaning groups and slaughtered 30 days after concentrated fattening.The pre-slaughter weight,carcass weight,slaughter rate,eye muscle area,CR value and back fat were measured.The results showed that the interaction between breed and weaning age significantly affected the live weight and back fat of lambs before slaughter(P<0.05).The average daily gain of crossbred sheep on 61-80d,81-100d and 0-120d were significantly higher than those of Hu sheep(P<0.05),and the pre-slaughter weight,carcass weight,slaughter percentage and eye muscle area of crossbred sheep were significantly higher than those of Hu sheep(P<0.05).The average daily weight gain of 30d weaning group at 101-120d and 0-120d was significantly lower than that of 45d weaning group and 60d weaning group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the growth performance of hybrid lambs is better than that of Hu sheep,and it is suggested that weaning at 45d during production is feasible.
