不同断奶日龄对母羊体况及雌激素影响的探讨

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究不同断奶日龄对母羊体况恢复、雌激素分泌的影响。以湖羊为试验动物,产羔后按断奶时间分为30 d、45 d、60 d三组,试验结果表明,其中以30 d断奶组母羊体况恢复最佳,母羊断奶后2个月时较产后7 d绝对增重5.05 kg,极显著高于45 d断奶组的3.11 kg和60 d断奶组的2.73 kg(P<0.01)。在30 d、45 d、60 d断奶组中各选择母羊10只,从50 d开始,每隔10 d静脉采血1次直至配种前,经测定,产后80 d时,30 d、45 d、60 d断奶组孕酮含量分别为3.89 ng/mL、1.81 ng/mL、1.73 ng/mL,雌二醇含量分别为8.95 pg/mL、6.66 pg/mL、4.33 pg/mL,结果表明早期断奶更有利于母羊产后卵巢功能的恢复。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different weaning days on ewe body condition recovery and estrogen secretion.Hu sheep were divided into three groups according to the weaning time after lambing:30 d,45 d and 60 d.The results showed that the ewes in the 30 d weaning group recovered the best.The absolute weight of ewes at 2 months after weaning was 5.05 kg higher than that at 7 d postpartum,which was significantly higher than 3.11 kg in the 45 d weaning group and 2.73 kg in the 60 d weaning group(P<0.01).Ten ewes were selected in the 30 d,45 d and 60 d weaning groups.From 50 d,venous blood was collected every 10 d until before mating.The results showed that at 80 days postpartum,the progesterone contents of 30 days,45 days and 60 days weaning groups were 3.89 ng/mL,1.81 ng/mL and 1.73 ng/mL respectively,and the estradiol contents were 8.95 pg/mL,6.66 pg/mL and 4.33 pg/mL respectively,indicating that early weaning was more conducive to the recovery of postpartum ovarian function of ewes.
