武威地区杜湖F_(1)代、萨湖F_(1)代羔羊育肥试验

摘　　要：本试验在武威市凉州区利用黑头杜波、黑头萨福克种公羊和湖羊母羊杂交,对其F_(1)代羔羊进行集中直线育肥对比试验。观察杂种F_(1)代羔羊在凉州区的适应性及育肥增重情况,对杜湖F_(1)代、萨湖F_(1)代羔羊及湖羊纯繁对照组F_(1)代育肥90日龄、150日龄至200日龄体重等性状进行跟踪测定,分析生长情况。结果显示在同一饲喂育肥条件下,杜x湖杂交F_(1)代育肥至200日龄,体重达52.2 kg,日增重达228 g,萨x湖杂交F_(1)代育肥至200日龄,体重达50.6 kg,日增重达217 g,对照组育肥至200日龄,体重达40.2 kg,日增重148 g,试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。由此可见,武威牧区引入杜波、萨福克公羊与湖羊杂交有较好的发展前景,对杂种F_(1)代羔羊50日龄断奶后集中直线育肥,育肥约200日龄屠宰上市,对提高当地养羊户的经济效益有较好的指导意见,可以积极推广,更好地促进养羊业快速稳定发展。The experiment was conducted in Liangzhou district of Wuwei city by crossing black Dorper,black Suffolk rams and Hu sheep ewes to fatten their F_(1) lambs.The adaptability,fattening and weight gain of F_(1) hybrid lambs in Liangzhou district were observed.The body weight of F_(1) hybrid lambs of Dorper and Hu sheep,Suffolk and Hu sheep,and pure breeding control group of Hu sheep were measured and analyzed.The results showed that under the same feeding and fattening conditions,the body weight of F_(1) generation of Dorper and Hu sheep was 52.2 kg and the daily gain was 228 g when fattening to 200 days old.The body weight of F_(1) generation of Suffolk and Hu sheep was 50.6 kg and the daily gain was 217 g when fattening to 200 days old,and the body weight of the control group was 40.2 kg and the daily gain was 148 g when fattening to 200 days old.The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).It can be seen that the introduction of Dorper,Suffolk ram and Hu sheep crossbreeding has a good development prospect in Wuwei pastoral area.The crossbred F_(1) lambs are fattened in a straight line after weaning at 50 days old,and slaughtered at about 200 days old.It has good guidance for improving the economic benefits of local sheep farmers,and can be actively promoted to promote the rapid and stable development of sheep industry.
