摘 要:在野生动物疾病的诊治过程中,肿瘤疾病是不可忽视的一个问题,而对于珍惜野生动物来说,如何在对动物造成损伤最小的情况下进行肿瘤病例诊断是一个不可回避的问题。本文以北京动物园圈养犀牛角基部肿瘤穿刺活检技术应用为例,通过穿刺活检及病理学诊断技术,最终确诊为罕见的基底样鳞状细胞癌;并探讨了在珍惜野生动物肿瘤疾病诊治过程中穿刺活检的重要性。为今后珍惜野生动物肿瘤的微创取样以及病理诊断工作提供了较为可靠的经验和方案。In the process of diagnosis and treatment of wildlife diseases,tumor disease is a problem that can not be ignored.For cherishing wildlife,how to diagnose tumor cases with minimal damage to animals is an unavoidable problem.In this paper,a rare basaloid squamous cell carcinoma was finally diagnosed by needle biopsy and pathological diagnosis based on the application of puncture biopsy of aspiration in the basal tumor of captive rhinoceros horns in Beijing Zoo.The importance of puncture biopsy of aspiration in the diagnosis and treatment of wild animal tumor diseases was discussed.It provides a more reliable experience and scheme for cherishing minimally invasive sampling and pathological diagnosis of wildlife tumors in the future.
