摘　　要：微生态制剂通过选育和驯化正常动物肠道内的生理性细菌,使其经过胃肠道消化后在消化道内稳定存在并繁衍,进而参与肠道菌群调节,发挥多种保护作用,最终达到改善动物多种不同性能的目的。微生态制剂作为饲料添加剂中的非营养性添加剂,具有代替抗生素的良好潜力,已作为新型绿色环保饲料添加剂广泛应用于畜牧生产中,在促进动物生长、增强机体免疫力、改善产品品质及饲料报酬等方面都表现出良好效果。因此,本文对微生态制剂的利用、原理及在羊生产中的研究进展进行了阐述,有望为今后微生态制剂在羊生产中的进一步应用与开发奠定理论基础。By breeding and domesticating physiological bacteria in the intestinal tract of normal animals,probiotics can make them stably exist and multiply in the digestive tract after gastrointestinal digestion,and then participate in the regulation of intestinal flora,play a variety of protective roles,and finally achieve the goal of improving a variety of different properties of animals.As a non nutritional additive in feed additives,probiotics have good potential to replace antibiotics.As a new green feed additive,probiotics have been widely used in animal husbandry production.They have shown good results in promoting animal growth,enhancing body immunity,improving product quality and feed reward.Therefore,this paper expounds the utilization,principle and research progress of probiotics in sheep production,which is expected to lay a theoretical foundation for the further application and development of probiotics in sheep in the future.
