Analysis on the Sampling of Immune Antibodies Against Major Animal Diseases in the First Half of 2020 in Tianshui City

摘  要:为全面落实动物疫病强制免疫工作,科学评估重大动物疫病的免疫效果,2020年5~6月在天水市34个自然村和27个畜禽养殖场随机采集猪牛羊鸡血清样品共计425份,分别采用正向间接血凝(IHA)、酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)和血凝(HA)与血凝抑制试验(HI)等检测方法分别做了口蹄疫、高致病性禽流感、猪瘟、小反刍兽疫4个主要动物疫病的9种免疫抗体检测。结果显示猪O型口蹄疫、猪瘟、牛O型口蹄疫、牛A型口蹄疫、羊0型口蹄疫、羊A型口蹄疫、小反刍兽疫、禽流感H5亚型和禽流感H7亚型平均样品合格率分别为81.6%、89.3%、78.1%、63.2%、84.8%、69.5%、95.1%、92.0%、93.8%。结果表明,猪瘟、猪牛羊O型口蹄疫、小反刍兽疫、高致病性禽流感平均样品合格率均高于农业农村部规定的70.0%的基本要求,能够有效防范此类重大动物疫病的发生。但牛羊A型口蹄疫整体达不到70.0,需加强免疫并进行免疫抗体追踪检测,确保免疫抗体合格率处于较高水平。In order to fully implement the compulsory vaccination against animal diseases and scientifically evaluate the immune effect of major animal diseases,425 serum samples of pigs,cattle,sheep and chickens were randomly collected from 34 natural villages and 27 livestock and poultry farms in Tianshui City from May to June 2020.Positive indirect hemagglutination(IHA),enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),hemagglutination(HA)and hemagglutination inhibition test(HI)were used to detect 9 kinds of immune antibodies against four major animal diseases including foot-and-mouth disease(FMD),highly pathogenic avian influenza(HPAI),classical swine fever(CSF)and Peste Des Petits Ruminants(PPR).The results showed that the average qualified rate of samples of swine FMD type O,CSF,bovine FMD type O,bovine FMD type A,sheep FMD type O,sheep FMD type A,PPR,H5-subtype AI and H7-subtype AI were 81.6%,89.3%,78.1%,63.2%,84.8%,69.5%,95.1%,92.0%and 93.8%respectively.The results showed that the average qualified rates of CSF,FMD of swine,cattle and sheep,PPR and HPAI were higher than the basic requirement of 70.0%stipulated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China,which could effectively prevent the occurrence of such major animal diseases.However,the overall level of FMD type A in cattle and sheep is less than 70%,so it is necessary to strengthen immunization and carry out follow-up detection of immune antibody to ensure that the qualified rate of immune antibody is at a high level.
