摘  要:养殖过程中的低死亡率就意味着低成本,高效的生物安全防控体系构建是实现生产持续高效的关键。中小规模猪场在人员、场地、资金等方面受到诸多限制,生物防控体系不够完善,易遭受重大疫病侵袭,进而影响社会整体的肉食品供给稳定。在对中小规模猪场生物安全防控体系容易被忽略的关键点进行分析的基础上,以期通过在圈舍硬件、消毒防疫、劳动力与物资管理等方面提出了具体的优化建议,为中小规模猪场的生产和稳定社会供给提供有价值的参考技术。Low mortality in the process of breeding means low cost for all farmers.The construction of an efficient biosafety prevention and control system is the key to achieve sustainable and efficient production.Small and medium-sized pig farms are subject to many restrictions in terms of personnel,site and capital.The biological prevention and control system is not perfect,and they are vulnerable to major diseases,which will affect the stability of meat food supply in the whole society.Based on the analysis of the key points that are easy to be ignored in the biosafety prevention and control system of small and medium-sized pig farms,this paper puts forward specific optimization suggestions in the aspects of enclosure hardware,disinfection and epidemic prevention,labor and material management,so as to provide valuable reference technology for the production and stable social supply of small and medium-sized pig farms.
