摘 要:现代养鸡的难点是规模上去了,但个体免疫精准操作很难实施到位。因此免疫失败时有发生。经笔者深入调研分析认为,其主要致因是忽视疫苗质量、疫苗毒株对接、疫苗存放条件、免疫方法与剂量、以及与免疫效应关联的生物安全防护、养殖环境、鸡群健康状况等,其核心问题是缺乏精准、精细的疫苗免疫布局计划与实施;避免免疫失败的核心仍然是要在疫苗种类选择、存放、方法等与养殖场户的条件如何精准、精细对接上很下功夫,没有捷径可走。否则,昨天的鸡群免疫的失败还会在明天养殖生产中重复发生。The difficulty of modern chicken raising is that the scale has increased,but it is difficult to implement the precise operation of individual immunity.Therefore,immune failure occurs from time to time.Through in-depth investigation and analysis,the author believes that the main causes are the neglect of vaccine quality,vaccine strain docking,vaccine storage conditions,immunization methods and doses,as well as biosafety protection associated with immune effects,breeding environment,chicken health status,etc.The core problem is the lack of accurate and precise vaccine immunization layout plan and implementation.The core to avoid immune failure is still to make great efforts in how to accurately and finely connect the vaccine type selection,storage and methods with the conditions of farmers.There is no shortcut.Otherwise,the previous failure of chicken herd immunity will occur repeatedly in future breeding and production.
