摘　　要：INTRODUCTION End-stage heart disease is the late stage of heart disease caused by a variety of reasons.It refers to the developmental stage of heart disease in which the patient has progressive structural heart disease,despite active medical treatment.Patient with this disease still has symptoms at rest,and requires special intervention.
