摘　　要：文章基于OECD TiVA数据库构建跨国面板数据模型,从信息通信技术发展数量和质量双重视角实证考察信息通信技术对制造业参与全球价值链的影响及其作用机制并进行异质性分析。研究发现:(1)信息通信技术发展数量和质量均能显著提高制造业全球价值链参与度,但二者的作用大小存在明显差异,信息通信技术发展数量提升的效果更强。(2)机制检验表明,信息通信技术能够通过降低交易成本、提高生产率两条路径促进制造业参与全球价值链。(3)异质性分析表明,信息通信技术对交易环节少、价值链短、信息技术密集度高的制造业全球价值链参与的促进作用更明显。This paper constructs a cross-national panel data model based on OECD TiVA database,empirically investigates the impact of information and communication technology(ICT)on the participation of manufacturing industry in global value chain(GVC)and its mechanism,and analyzes its heterogeneity from the perspectives of the quantity and quality of ICT development.The research shows that:(1)the quantity and quality of ICT development can significantly improve the participation degree of manufacturing industry in GVC,but there’s significant difference between them and the quantity of ICT development exerts stronger promotion effect;(2)the mechanism test reveals that ICT can promote the participation of manufacturing industry in GVC by reducing transaction costs and improving productivity;(3)the heterogeneity analysis indicates that ICT plays a more significant role in promoting the participation of manufacturing industry in GVC with less transaction links,short value chain and high information technology intensity.
