摘  要:石墨炉原子吸收光谱法中原子化器中石墨管是石墨炉的心脏,对于仪器的灵敏度及数据的稳定性起着至关重要的作用,而石墨管是一个关键又易损耗的部件,由于测定样品不同、分析条件的差异、样品浓度及进样量、样品中酸的含量及种类等均会影响石墨管的寿命。实验中采用HNO_(3)-HF-HClO_(4)和王水-HF-HClO_(4)两种方法对土壤样品进行消解,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法中测试消解后的样品,当测定次数达400次以上时,与初始的吸光值相比,二种消解方法的吸光值都下降了50%以上,对样品的特征灵敏度、检出限影响较大。The graphite tube in the atomizer is the heart of the graphite furnace in the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,which plays an important role in the sensitivity of the instrument and the stability of the data.The graphite tube is a key and easily lossy component.Because of the difference in the determination of samples,the difference in the analysis conditions,the concentration of samples and the amount of samples,the content and type of acid in samples,etc.,the life of the graphite tube will be affected.In the experiment,HNO_(3)-HF-HClO_(4) and Aqua regiai-HF-HClO_(4) were used to digest the soil samples.The samples after digestion were tested by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.When the determination times are more than 400,the absorbance values of the two digestion methods are decreased by more than 50%compared with the initial absorbance value,which has great influence on the characteristic sensitivity and detection limit of the samples.
