摘　　要：伺服机构抽真空加注设备是为改善某伺服机构加注油液而专门研制,该文对液压工作原理和电气原理进行了详细的阐述。该设备集中于抽真空、加注、油液循环过滤、累计加注体积、油液颗粒度检测等技术,实现了伺服机构油液循环过滤和抽真空加注的功能。Servo mechanism vacuuming and filling equipment is specially developed to improve the oil filling of a servo mechanism.This article describes in detail the working principle of hydraulic pressure and electrical principle.The equipment concentrates on technologies such as vacuuming,filling,oil circulating filtration,cumulative filling volume,oil particle size detection,etc.,and realizes the functions of circulating filtration and vacuum filling.
