摘　　要：该文阐述了所设计液压阀试验台各系统的组成,试验台能够实现同一试验台对多种液压阀进行测试的目的。为保证试验台中液压泵、溢流阀等核心元件出现故障时能够及时消除,研究并分析总结了液压阀试验台常见故障及其相应的消除方法,该研究可为相关液压阀试验台的故障诊断及消除提供参考,对提高诊断及消除故障的效率具有重要意义。This paper describes the components of each system of the designed hydraulic valve test bench,which can realize the purpose of testing multiple hydraulic valves on the same test bench.In order to ensure the timely elimination of the failure of the hydraulic pump,relief valve and other core components in the test bed,The common failures and corresponding elimination methods of hydraulic valve test bed are studied and summarized.This study can provide reference for fault diagnosis and elimination of related hydraulic valve test bed.It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of diagnosis and fault elimination.
