摘  要:目的:建立肝胆消炎片和热感颗粒中绿原酸、黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法(HPLC),Inertsil ODSXP色谱柱(4.6×150mm,5μm),柱温30℃,检测波长280 nm,以甲醇-0.3%磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1mL/min。结果:绿原酸和黄芩苷分别在线性范围0.0364~0.1821μg,0.0287~0.1435μg内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;回归方程分别是y=121504x+8244.9和y=221937x+12653;绿原酸的平均加样回收率热感颗粒为101.03%,RSD=1.32%;肝胆消炎片为102.26%,RSD=1.70%。黄芩苷的平均加样回收率热感颗粒为100.54%,RSD=0.88%;肝胆消炎片为99.88%,RSD=1.33%。结论:建立同时测定肝胆消炎片和热感颗粒中绿原酸、黄芩苷含量的方法,简单,重现性良好,可用于其制剂的质量控制。Objective:To establish the method for the content analysis of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Gandan Xiaoyan Tablets and Regan Granules.Methods:HPLC,Inertsil ODS-XP(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),the column temperature was 30℃,detection wavelength is 280 nm,the mobile phase gradient elution was performed in methanol-0.3%phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 11.0 mL/min.Results:The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.0364~0.1821μg,and the regression equation was y=121504 x+8244.9;the linear range of baicalin was 0.0287~0.1435μg,and the regression equation was y=221937 x+12653.In Regan Granules,the average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 101.03%,RSD=1.32%;the average recovery of baicalin was 100.54%,RSD=0.88%.In Gandan Xiaoyan Tablets,the average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 102.26%,RSD=1.70%,the average recovery of baicalin was 99.88%,RSD=1.33%.Conclusion:The method for the simultaneous content analysis of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Gandan Xiaoyan Tablets and Regan Granules was simple and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of preparations.
