混沌理论视角下现代学徒制人才培养模式路径的探析

摘  要:通常认为职业院校现代学徒制人才培养过程是按照预期目标发展的线性系统,实际上却是一个复杂的非线性行为,已经超出了传统理念研究的范畴。混沌理论看似无规律却似有章可循,是无序与有序的统一,与现代学徒制人才培养过程相吻合。基于混沌理论的基本特征,研究了混沌理论对职业教育现代学徒制人才培养模式的影响,通过落实校企“双主体”育人、确定校企三对接与三过渡、构建职业岗位能力的课程体系、建设政校企一体化的人才培养平台四个方面探索了混沌理论的职业院校现代学徒制人才培养模式的路径。It is usually believed that the modern apprenticeship talent training process in vocational colleges is a linear system developed in accordance with the expected goal,but it is actually a complex nonlinear behavior that has gone beyond the scope of traditional concept research.Chaos theory seems irregular,but it seems to have rules to follow,which is the unity of disorder and order,and is consistent with the modern apprenticeship talent training process.Based on the basic characteristics of chaos theory,this paper studies the influence of chaos theory on the modern apprenticeship talent training mode of vocational education.It explores the path of modern apprenticeship talent training mode in Vocational Colleges Based on chaos theory from four aspects:implementing the"double main body"education of schools and enterprises,determining the three docking and three transition of schools and enterprises,constructing the curriculum system of vocational post ability,and building a talent training platform integrating government,schools and enterprises.
