摘 要:为了解选区激光熔化(SLM)技术成型铝合金缺陷的形成机制,进而确定抑制缺陷产生的对策,分析了粉末性能和工艺参数对SLM成型铝合金常见缺陷氧化、孔隙、球化、裂纹和残余应力等的影响情况;认为当粉末性能不满足成型要求,工艺参数未经过系统优化时,成型构件中就会产生缺陷。归纳出了缺陷的形成机制和预防措施,为后续SLM成型铝合金的研究提供了理论参考。In order to understand the formation mechanism of defects in aluminum alloy formed by selective laser melting(SLM)technology and determine the countermeasures to suppress the defects,the influence of powder properties and process parameters on the oxidation,porosity,spheroidization,crack and residual stress of common defects in aluminum alloy formed by SLM was analyzed.It is considered that when the powder properties do not meet the molding requirements and the process parameters are not optimized by the system,the defects will occur in the molding components.The formation mechanism and preventive measures of defects were summarized,which provided a theoretical reference for the subsequent research of SLM shaped aluminum alloy.
