摘  要:介绍了内腔狭长薄壁支板类铸件蜡模工艺过程。通过对蜡模模具和工艺参数的设计与试制,确定在射蜡压力为8 bar、流量为10 L/min、保压时间为140 s时,能够获得表面质量较好蜡模件。采取在模具上增开工艺孔、使用蜡片替代钢芯定位陶瓷芯,解决了蜡模陶瓷芯的断裂问题。The process of wax mold for thin-walled strut castings with long and narrow inner cavity was intro-duced.Through the design and trial production of the wax mold, it was determined that the wax mold with good surface quality can be obtained when the wax injection pressure was 8 bar, the flow rate was 10 and the holding time was 140 s. The fracture problem of the ceramic core of the wax mold was solved by opening the process hole on the mold and using the wax piece instead of the steel core to locate the ceramic core.
