摘　　要：大气排放阀体铸件是600 MW示范快堆8”-2500Lb的关键零件。按2级核安全等级的技术要求以及产品的结构特点,通过铸造工艺优化设计、凝固模拟分析、材料选择,以及造型、熔炼、热处理、补焊等过程控制进行了试验研究,试验表明铸件的化学成分、力学性能及PT探伤等检测结果完全满足技术要求,该产品的工艺研究为类似产品的开发提供参考。The air discharge valve body casting is the key part of the 8"-2500lb 600MW demonstration fast reactor.According to the grades of level 2 nuclear safety technical requirements and the structure features of the product by casting process optimization design,solidification simulation analysis,material selection,molding,melting,heat treatment,and repair welding process control is researched,such as casting tests showed that the chemical composition,mechanical properties and PT testing results completely meet the technical requirements,The technological research of this product can provide reference for the development of similar products.
