摘  要:针对冷芯盒工艺生产的型芯存在胺味的现实问题,通过对不同工艺条件下生产的某铸造用冒口冷芯中DMIA残留进行VOC值测试研究,并运用正交实验法对比分析出不同胺用量、吹气温度、吹气压力、净化压力、净化时间等条件下DMIA残留量影响强弱关系,并结合不同产品结构和生产环境试验得出相应型芯DMIA残留最低可参考的工艺参数,从而最大程度降低型芯中DMIA残留对人体及环境的危害。For the production of cold core box core amine taste the reality of the problems under different technological conditions through the production of a casting with a cold riser in the core DMIA residual VOC value test research,and using the method of orthogonal experiment analysis of different dosage of amine blowing,blowing temperature,pressure,purification,purification of time under the condition of DMIA residual impact strength,Combined with different product structure and production environment test,the minimum reference process parameters of DMIA residue in the core were obtained,so as to minimize the harm of DMIA residue to human body and the environment.
