摘　　要：针对401箱体铸件结构特点和试制时的铸造工艺,对试制过程中出现的砂眼、夹杂、气孔和大孔壁厚不均匀等铸件缺陷进行了分析,根据铸件缺陷产生的原因,提出了相应的改善措施进行实施验证,有效消除了铸件缺陷保证产品质量。For 401 housing casting structure features and manufacture of casting process,in the process of manufacture of sand holes and inclusions,porosity and large pore wall thickness of the casting defects such as uneven is analyzed,according to the reasons of the casting defect,put forward the corresponding improvement measures to implement authentication,effectively eliminate the casting defects to ensure product quality.
