定制触摸显示屏老化测试的改进设计

摘　　要：为了在短时间内凸显定制触摸显示屏的质量问题,一般在出厂前都需要对检查正常的定制屏批量进行8小时至24小时不等的持续点亮老化测试,测试过后再次检查整个定制屏是否出现显示异常。提供四种高效的改进设计方案对定制屏进行老化测试,大大提高了测试效率,并节约了开发成本、维护成本及生产线的人工成本。To find out the quality issues of customized touch screens in short term,usually they should be done the burn-in test between 8hrs and 24hrs in the factory.After doing the burn-in test,the touch screens will be checked again.Providing four effective multiple drive designs to help customized touch screens to do the burn-in test,they greatly improve the testing efficiency,save development cost,maintenance cost and labor cost.
