摘　　要：随着电网公司对电能质量问题日益重视,电能质量监测装置的数量急促增加,对应运维成本亦逐渐上升。本文针对电能质量监测装置的运维现状进行分析,提出基于WEB功能远程智慧化管理思路和框架并开展实际业务功能设计。进一步,考虑信息安全和运维需求开展了WEB信息安全及邮件推送事件功能设计。As power grid companies pay more and more attention to power quality issues,the number of online power quality monitoring devices has rapidly increased,and the corresponding operation and maintenance costs have gradually increased.This paper analyzes the operation and maintenance status of power quality monitoring devices,proposes remote intelligent management ideas and frameworks based on WEB functions,and develops actual business function design.Furthermore,combined with the power grid information security and operation and maintenance requirements,the WEB information security design and the function of pushing events based on emails have been developed.
