摘　　要：数字示波器广泛应用于通用电子电路测试与调试,现对数字示波器的计量方法进行了归纳总结,提出了能对数字示波器进行自动计量的系统的设计方案并加以实现,本文简述了自动计量测试系统构建、系统软件设计及各模块的功能,为数字示波器自动计量提供了一个可行的参考方案。Digital oscilloscopes are widely used in testing and debugging of general electronic circuits.This paper summarizes the measurement methods of digital oscilloscopes,puts forward the design scheme of automatic measurement system for digital oscilloscopes and realizes it.This paper briefly describes the construction of automatic measurement system,the design of system software and the functions of each module,It provides a feasible reference scheme for automatic measurement of digital oscilloscope.
