摘  要:高压供电系统发生外网晃电事故或站内高压柜内部发生较大电气部件损坏故障或短路故障时,将会导致母线电压暂降,进而影响电压敏感类负荷的正常运行。由于开关柜采用普通真空断路器,动作时间慢,不能快速隔离故障点对母线的影响,母线电压骤降,该母线上所有正常支路均将一直处于低电压工况。短路故障切除后,电压才得以恢复,电压急剧跌落到回升的过程称为“电压暂降”。在新型自动化程度高的大型企业中,对供电的连续性要求非常高,但内外网短路故障造成的晃电影响并不能完全杜绝,由于短路引起的“电压暂降”时间过长,导致电压敏感类设备或元件停止运行,造成供电或生产中断,给企业带来不同程度的经济损失。利用涡流斥力技术的通用型快速断路器能够缩短“电压暂降”时间,在20ms内将故障点与系统母线隔离,从源头上避免因为“电压暂降”时间过长造成供电或生产被迫中断,对保障企业的生产连续性具有重要意义。When the external power grid shaking accident occurs in the high-voltage power supply system or the large electrical component damage or short circuit fault occurs in the high-voltage cabinet in the station,the bus voltage sag will be caused,which will affect the normal operation of voltage sensitive loads.Because the switch cabinet adopts the common vacuum circuit breaker,the action time is slow,and the influence of the fault point on the bus can not be quickly isolated.The bus voltage drops suddenly,and all the normal branches on the bus will always be in the low voltage condition.After the short-circuit fault is removed,the voltage can be recovered,and the process from sharp drop to recovery is called“voltage sag”.In the large-scale enterprises with high degree of automation,the continuity of power supply is required to be very high,but the ringing caused by short circuit fault of internal and external network can not be completely eliminated.Because the“voltage sag”caused by short circuit is too long,the operation of voltage sensitive equipment or components is stopped,resulting in power supply or production interruption,which brings different degrees of economic losses to enterprises.The universal fast circuit breaker based on eddy current repulsion technology can shorten the“voltage sag”time,isolate the fault point from the system bus within 20ms,and avoid the power supply or production interruption caused by too long“voltage sag”time from the source,which is of great significance to ensure the production continuity of enterprises.
