摘 要:为研究带有簸箕型流道的大型具有反向发电功能泵站的水力性能,采用CFX 16.0软件对刘老涧抽水站原型泵装置水泵工况与水轮机工况进行了全流场数值模拟。结果表明,平均扬程附近时水泵工况数值模拟结果与模型试验换算至原型值的相对误差小于1.5%,水轮机工况数值模拟结果与模型试验换算至原型值的相对误差小于1.2%;簸箕型流道的鼻端在水泵工况小流量时出现了旋涡,随着流量的增加鼻端旋涡逐渐消失;簸箕型流道内在水轮机工况时出现了尾水管涡带;涡带在中隔墩的作用下破碎成较小的涡带,并在簸箕型流道内除喇叭管外的其他区域形成旋涡。研究成果可为带有簸箕型流道的具有反向发电功能泵站的设计提供参考。To study the hydraulic performance of a large pumping station with dustpan-type flow channel and reverse power generation function,Liulaojian pumping station was taken as the research object.The CFX 16.0 software was used to simulate the whole flow field of the prototype pump device at the conditions of pump and water turbine.The results show that near the average head,the relative error between the numerical simulation of pump condition and the model test converted to the prototype value is less than 1.5%,and the relative error between the numerical simulation results of turbine condition and the model test converted to the prototype value is less than 1.2%.The vortex appeared at the nose of the dustpan-type flow channel when the pump flow was small,and gradually disappeared with the increase of flow.The draft tube vortex band appeared in the dustpan-type flow channel at the turbine working condition.The vortex band was broken into smaller vortex band under the action of the middle pier,and formed vortex in other areas of the dustpan-type flow channel except the trumpet tube.The research results have reference significance for the design of pumping station with dustpan-type flow channel and reverse power generation function in the future.
