摘 要:鉴于离心泵大范围降速运行有可能应用于跨流域与区域调水工程中的研究不多的问题,开展了大范围降速对水泵装置性能和压力脉动特性影响的试验研究。结果表明,立式离心泵转速大范围降低,性能曲线形状相似度降低;机组最优效率降低明显,0.40倍额定转速下的最优效率降至额定转速下最优效率的0.68倍;压力脉动随转速大范围降低而大幅度降低,水泵出口压力脉动较进口降低明显,0.40倍额定转速下最优效率工况水泵出口的压力脉动降低至额定转速下压力脉动的1/9。研究结果可为调水工程立式离心泵的设计、运行提供参考。Due to the complexity of the characteristics of inter-basin and regional water transfer projects,it is possible for centrifugal pumps to operate at reduced speeds in a large scale,while the related research is few.In this paper,an experiment was carried out to study the effect of a large-scale speed reduction on the performance and pressure fluctuation of a vertical centrifugal pump.The results show that the shape similarity of the performance curve of the pump decreased as the vertical centrifugal pump speed reduced in a large range;The optimal efficiency of the unit reduced significantly,and the optimal efficiency at 0.4 times of the rated speed reduced to 0.68 times of that at the rated speed;The pressure fluctuation is greatly reduced with the large-scale speed reduction of the pump,the pressure fluctuation in the outlet of the pump decreased more obviously than that in the inlet,and the pressure fluctuation at 0.4 times of the rated speed under the optimal efficiency condition reduced to 1/9 of that at the rated speed in the pump outlet.This paper can provide reference for the design and operation of vertical centrifugal pumps in water transfer projects.
